Licence Agreement

Users of the Hong Kong ENC should read and understand the terms and conditions of the Licence Agreement.

Registration

Users of the Hong Kong ENC shall register with the Hydrographic Office within 30 days of his purchase and then the validity period of the Licence Agreement shall commence on the date of registration. Otherwise, the counting of the validity period of the Licence Agreement shall commence on the date of purchase.

Please follow these steps to register on-line:

Have your ENC Key and a valid email address ready. The ENC Key is printed inside the package with the USB flash drive.

Go to the registration page by entering the ENC Key.

Fill in the registration form on-line.

A welcome message will be sent to you by email. Please acknowledge receipt of the message by clicking the link provided in the email. Another email containing the User Name and Password will then be sent to you.

Enter your ENC Key:

I/We agree to the terms and conditions in the Licence Agreement. I/We acknowledge that I/we have read and understood the terms and conditions of the Licence Agreement and agree to all of them.

Users may also choose to send the completed registration form by fax (852) 2504 4527 to the Hydrographic Office.
